Subtitle formatting

I have another issue, so I create another thread.

I've found that formatting is not supported, ie. bold, italics, other fonts etc.
AFAIK mplayer supports it now, is it possible to enable this support in your version too?

How does the font and font style selection in MPE not work for you?

No, I am talking about the formatting defined inside the subtitle file, with tags line <i>, <b> etc.

MPlayer supports ASS subtitles with advanced styles and transitions. I don't know about any other subtitle formats. I don't think there's anything more I could enable besides ASS. If it doesn't work, I'd say it's not supported.
