Provide a reset button for volume or show its percentage

Description
Currently it is impossible to determine wether the volume is set to 100% or not. This is mainly because the volume slider provides no indication where the 100% mark is. It could be that 100% is at the far right end of the slider or in the middle of it. Yet 100% volume is often wanted when, for example, streaming the audio to external stereo or home theater setup.
To address this, the UI should provide an easy way to set the audio to 100%. This could be either a button next to the volume slider which would set the volume to 100% or the UI could show the current volume percentage somewhere.
