Description
Video freezes after it was opened for few seconds.
I have to force quit the program.
However Rev12 can play the video normally

Can you point me to a video that exhibits this issue?
I can only guess there's a problem with loading binary codecs from the log.

Alright, I downloaded a rmvb file few days ago and rev13 could not play it.
However rev12 played it perfectly.
The size of file is about 212MB.

You will see the chinese character "网通①下载" blue in colour.
Click and download it. Please download it within a month because it will be deleted later.

Thanks for the file. I'm able to reproduce the issue but won't be able to find a fix for rev14.
For one, there is an issue with the character encoding. MPE is not able to read the output of MPlayer and looses important information. I'm not sure if it's a problem with MPlayer not correctly converting the encoding or if the file has issues.
Hadn't had time to investigate why the player freezes, though.
