window does not keep on top

Description

In rev13 the window does not keep on top even though my preferences says it should be that when the window is playing.

If i start a new movie, switch to another program, then it is put in the background. If i then switch back, pause the movie, unpause the movie, and then switch to another program the window will keep on top as instructed until next movie is started.

I start by double clicking a file in Finder.
