Rev 14 test2 expose and spaces issues

Description
1.) The full screen controller shows up in Expose. I dont think it used to and shouldn't.
2.) When moving a full screen window from one space to another, the FS controller stays on the original space.
Otherwise, everything is working really well and the new controls look good. I like the way I can use the dock in full screen mode now too.

I've now made the fullscreen controls a child window of the fullscreen window. This makes sure they always stay together (in spaces and exposé).
Will probably be in the final rev14.
