Description

I'm a keyboard-user and have no need for a graphical control. On the other side i'm also watching many subtitled movies, and the controll get's always in their way in fullscreen-mode.

So i wish an option to deactivate the fullscreen-controller completly like in other playersoftware.

Not a fix for your issue, but FYI, you can move the full screen controller and it will remember where it's placed on all other videos. So, at least you can place it away from your subtitles... maybe at the top of the screen.

You can make the controller hide itself more quickly by executing this command in Terminal.app:

defaults write hu.mplayerhq.mplayerosx.extended MPEFullscreenControlsHideTimeout 1
which sets a 1 second delay to hide the controls. The default is 3 seconds.

See http://tracker.mplayerosx.ch/projects/mplayerosx/wiki/Constants for more information. Alternatively, you can decrease the sensitivity of mouse movement that triggers the fullscreen controller by increasing MPEFullscreenControlsSensitivity from the default value of 200 pixels.
